Rates are per night based on 2-person occupancy. The tourist tax, amounting to €2,20 pppn for all guests from 14 years of age, is not included and is payable separately on departure. Our standard booking policy is for weekly stays only. Subject to availability, we also accept bookings for shorter stays from 3 nights. For stays of less than 7 nights, a final cleaning fee of € 80.00 will be charged.

• Check-in is from 3 pm, check-out is by 10 am.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Our apartments are non-smoking facilities.
• Payment methods: Cash (max. € 4999,99) or bank transfer

Cancellation conditions

Cancellations up to 8 weeks before the start of the vacation are subject to a cancellation fee of €50.

If canceled up to 4 weeks before the start of the holiday, 50% of the travel price will be charged.

In the event of no-show or early departure, 100% of the holiday price will be charged.
